gracious kazhal and cilampu (two other anklets)

konjavE:

all these anklets making a pleasant sound together,

nin thandhaiyinai munparindhu:

You went earnestly in front of Your Father, SivA,

inbavuri koNdu:

and went around Him happily; and

nan santhodam aNaindhu:

embraced Him with ardent love.

nindru anbu pOla:

Like that steady love,

kanduRa:

I too should be able to see You and lose myself in You;

kadambudan:

with kadampa flowers,

sandha makudangaLum:

beautiful and ornate crowns,

kanja malar sengaiyum:

reddish hands like lotus flowers,

the spear that destroyed cUran (demon),

You stood like a golden mountain*
